Favourites!

So there are a few products I am loving at the moment!
1. Satin Taupe eye shadow from MAC - It is the perfect brown, I adore it!
2. Nylon  eye shadow from MAC - It is a shimmery goldy white colour and I like to use it as my highlight under the eyebrow.
3. Blacktrack gel liner from MAC - I find gel liners easier to use as they dont smudge as easy as pencil liners and they last WAY longer!
4. Well Dressed Blush from MAC - It is such a nice pink colour! I love to just blend it out on my cheeks :-)
5. Sweet Cinnamon Blush from Maybelline - I think everyone could wear this colour, it is a nice beige colour with pink undertones and it is gorgeous!
6. Bad Gal Lash from Benefit - Such a good mascara! Its brush is huge and it really works on your eyelashes and doesn't make them clumpy or spidery, that look is not good.

Those are my main favourite products which I love at the moment :-)

Brown eyeshadow makeup look - inspired by kristen stewart

This is a makeup look I did inspired by Kristen Stewart - Twilight start aka Bella Swan.
The picture I found was from the 2009 MTV Music Awards. She had a nice dark brown eyeshadow and it was all blended really well.

To create the look I used MAC's Satin Taupe and Electra eye shadows. I also used the Two Faced neutral eyeshadow set.
1. Prime your eyes - I used A NYX jumbo pencil in Iced Mocha which is a nice brown colour.
2. Eyeshadow 1 (electra) - Put electra on top of where you put ice mocha.
3. Eyeshadow 2 (satin taupe) - put satin taupe on the outer corner of your eye and blend it in the crease, also put in under your bottom lashes and by your tear duct. & Put a little bit on top of electra
4. Eyeshadow 4 (from Two faced set in erotica) - Erotica is a darker brown so you only need to put a little bit in the outer corner.
5. Eyeliner - You can use a liquid liner, a pencil liner or a gel liner, but make sure it is black although brown would be nice if you dont want to go too dark. I used MAC's Blacktrack gel liner in the little pot. All you do is put in on your upper lash line as close to the lashes as you can get it and then you can pull it out at the corner a bit for that winged, smokey effect.
6. Mascara - I used Maybellines Falsies, you need to do about 3 coats in total and shake it from side to side and it also helps to blink while doing it so that it pulls on your eyelashes a bit.

Dress Up Party - 2009

To do smokey eyes you just need different shades of one colour. I used an eyeshadow set from Claires.

Last year a guy in my year had a dress up party. My friends and I decided we wanted to be something in a three like the powerpuff girls.. that didn't really work out though. So instead we went as Charlies Angels. We didn't really say who was who.. so we didn't base our looks really on the characters. Anyways, I wore black jeans and a grey top and a leather jacket, all from Forever21. I did my makeup inspired by Effy from Skins.We all wore fake eye lashes for the first time which was pretty cool :-) This is what I looked like.

Taylor Swifts 18th Birthday Look.

You can use liquid liner, gel liner or a pencil liner to do the black across the top lid.

Well as you may know I love Taylor Swift she is totally cool. dude. I love how she wears her makeup :-) & well I wear my makeup like that now. nothing to do with her.. 
So, for her 18th Birthday the whole theme was pink! she was wearing a pink dress, she got a pink car and she was wearing pink eyeshadow & purple too :-) So I came up with my own look for it.

You can use any pink eyeshadow on the lid. Just make sure you wear a primer.

I have a purple eyeliner from bourjois which I used around the eye.

This is a picture I found of Taylor Swift on her 18th birthday with all the pink :-) I don't know if you can tell but her eyeshadow is pinky/purple.

Neutural eye makeup look :-)

Hello!

My usual makeup look on my eyes is basically Taylor Swift style, she is my idol! & recently in school I got in trouble for my makeup, 3 weeks before the end of school. stupid. Anyway, I decided to come up with a makeup look for my eyes which looks like I have the black cat eye look with the eyeliner wing sticking out the corner of my eye without putting eyeliner so that it sticks out. Instead I just did a smokey eye look and put black gel eyeliner from MAC (blacktrack) and made it thicker on my upper lash line as you went out. I used a forever21 eyeshadow palette which contains natural colours like light pink and beige, for the light colour across my lid. On the outer part of my eye I used a brown eyeshadow from MAC (satin taupe) and I pulled it out to create the same effect without using eyeliner. This is what it looked like :-)

So today I went to Mall Of the Emirates and went shopping. I took my time searching forever21 for clothes, accessories and makeup products. I bought the top in the picture above. I bought a butterfly ring, which is absolutely stunning :-) A girl in my school was wearing one like it and it was love at first sight. jokes. I also bought this long gold necklace with a circle pendant which is navy, turquoise and gold. Its preeetty :-). I was on the Forever21 website last night & found these gorgeous earings, I absolutely adore them.
